An August afternoon in Hyde Park, London :) If you happen to visit, watch out for the horses :D Enjoy

Last summer I happened to spend a couple of weeks in London and my favorite activity has been wandering for hours around the beautiful city parks :)
Not very surprising coming from me, I know :P what can I say :) #natureaddict for life !
So in the upcoming days I wanna share with you my favorite side of London: the green one ! Lots of love xx

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – These days the Vivid Sydney festival is on and I am in a serious state of daydreaming to be back to my favorite place in the world :) These images were shot last December and the fireworks are from NYE 2015. I do realise it’s May now but beauty never gets old, right? In this case, the beauty of all the bright lights shining through Sydney’s nights.
Enjoy :) xx

NICE, FRANCE – After the posts about Nice’s beach and the newly build green spine Promenade du Paillon, it’s time to get lost wandering around the city’s pretty streets, in particular the famous (and spectacular) Place Masséna.
I can’t get over the colourfulness of its buildings …they’re so bold! :)
On a blue sky day like this, you are gonna have to tone down the saturation or nobody is gonna believe it’s true :)
For an addict to colours like me, this is wonderland :D

NICE, FRANCE – A few days ago I had the chance to go visit the city’s newly built “green spine” called Promenade du Paillon. It features exotic plants from all 5 continents, fountains, water games and a generally high amount of natural goodness all around. All of this paired with the typical blue sky and sunshine… I’m in love :)
The variety of trees and plants is incredible, I’ll share a few favorites below :) Hope you’ll enjoy this little ‘visual’ walk through these beautiful gardens :) xx

Dreaming of that day back in Sydney Circular Quay (aka the best place on Earth to me) during a late afternoon walk from the Opera House to Pitt Street. Loved to admire the (very warm) sun setting between the skyscrapers and creating lovely rays of light on the bay :)

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – Walking around the Royal Botanic Garden in Sydney at golden hour is so dreamy and interesting. You’ll see lots of local trees and plants that are not very commonly found overseas: from gum trees to bottlebrush, to huge ferns and special varieties of tropical palm trees from QLD, to the incredibly prehistoric-looking half-fallen tree below in the photos. The atmosphere is of course as laid back as you would expect it to be from an Australian city park :) I especially loved the contrast between the wild-looking nature and the skyscrapers in the background that seems to pop up all the time while walking along. Add to this the beautiful golden tones of a powerful ozzy sun (powerful even at dusk) and here it is :) My recipe for a traveller’s dream exploration of the city park ! xx

NEW YORK, NY – That day on Top of the Rock!! :) For me, possibly the best experience in NY has been to go up the Rockefeller Center (the Empire State Building would do too) to see the view of the entire city from above… so crazy and charming! :) You can hear all the noises from the traffic, construction work, etc echoing up there, pretty funny… I wasn’t expecting this :) It really makes you think of how many people are out there doing their jobs, or rushing around, meeting someone, spending time with friends, …. so many lives, events and dreams intertwined among the streets of NY! xx

LONDON, UK – While the first time I saw the Big Ben in real life was on the DoubleDecker tourist bus (yes, really chasing photo opportunities in EVERY possible way :D), these are probably my fav images of it from this trip….thank you wind and fluffy clouds! Well, I actually kept walking around and around there for hours UNTIL a nice sky appeared, but that’s what photographers do, right? ;) Enjoy xxxx
